Masquerade
Those of us that are in some way outside the norm, but feel we cannot be ourselves tend to “MASK” to be accepted in general society. This may be neuro, gender, sexuality or any other divergence. This has become a known and accepted phenomenon so I want o give everyone that does mask the chance to show the world their true face, as a mask!
What i’m looking for from artists:
I am looking for artists to celebrate themselves in art to show who they really are and to be as honest as they can be. I am looking for physical art A4 size, can be created digitally and printed, painted, any media you want to work in except pottery. I will supply a template for an A4 face image or a 3d paper mask to add your design to, but it must be overall a maximum of A4 size.

Artists can register interest and discuss ideas etc with me from today I would like the artists to submit me a photo of their work by Friday 15th May to mask.submissions.swaf26@gmail.com. I will then confirm acceptance by Monday 18th May.

My art journey began when my children bought me a digital art tablet, this gave me a focus outside work (which as incredibly intense at the time). I then met up with artists and started to create physical art. I mainly produce abstract pieces.
Why did you want to get involved with SWAF26?
I had exhibited in SWAF25 and met so many kind and generous people through that experience that I wanted to ensure that SWAF26 was well subscribed.
